Id like to know who really needs to be sued... imo Teck played their cards exactly right, by totally bending us over.  Shouldnt it be elmer fud who should he sued for not acting in shareholders best interests.  He is the only one whos beed paid year after year for doing sfa.  

Makes ya wonder if there was some secret back door deal that goes something like this... u raise public dollars to explore this land we already have rights to, u get paid handsomely till who knows when and if we need to pull the Schaft creek card later ull get a bonus, if not we will keep u relevant till u retire in Arizona.   

Seems to me Elmer is the biggest of the scam artists, and if any class action should take place it should be against him.  

Id be down to pitch for legal action against this Fyre Fest joker.
