They just posted the latest AIF on Sedar. Here's the description for SC:

In addition, an integrated scoping-level engineering study was completed on select elements of the 2013 feasibility study targeting capital and operating cost reductions. The results of this study will be compiled in early 2020.

All of the other satellite projects have significant spending budgeted for 2020. SC has none mentioned. There were no changes to the metal price tables so we know what was used for the scoping level study(the 2019 program). So, we wait for Elmer to tell us what happens now.
