Fair enough, but I'm not sure how the previous agreement would have changed anything.  Teck was on the hook to spend 400% of the next expenditures, but in which timeline and under who's order?

In the last 7 years, Teck did not even spend the 60M (or whatever the number is) from the new JV agreement.

Since Copper Fox and Teck need to decide together about the work each year, I don't think they would have done things any differently under the previous agreement.
