CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
"Per the 2013 numbers, Schaft Creek (100%) would easily generate over 1.8B CAD in revenues (year 1-7) in the current price environment with zero improvements. How can this not have anything to do with Teck's future?"
My point is, they don't seem to be doing anything about it and thanks to whoever signed that horrible JV agreement with no timelines, CUU shareholders have been hung out to dry. I would actually like to see a resolution to this in my lifetime.
