This low pricing kind of puts a ceiling on the share price till  end of July.

OR conversely the stock unexspectivly starts running again to .60 cents and they have to reprice the PP. at a much higher price. LOL {just joking]

It all seems orchestrated, [ Collusion amongst a few parties], they could of announce a PP a few weeks back in the thirtys, so much consistent GREED.
