Over the past decade he has held and continues to hold leadership roles with numerous publicly traded resource companies, including senior officer and/or director positions with Nexus Gold Corp, Leocor Gold, Azincourt Energy, Arbor Metals, Manning Ventures, and others. As a consultant in the past, he has also worked with companies such as Roxgold Inc, Forum Uranium, Integra Gold, Midnight Sun Mining, among others. He began his professional career in television broadcasting which evolved in the late 1990s into communications, finance, and marketing roles principally for publicly traded companies.

Alex Tong

Alex Tong is a highly qualified finance professional with extensive senior management experience in the mining space. He has worked directly with companies operating in both North America and Africa and was most recently the Director of Finance at Lucara Diamond Corp. Prior to Lucara, Mr. Tong held senior finance roles with development resource public companies Energy Metals Corp and Novagold Resources, where he was responsible for achieving operational performance, leading mergers and acquisitions, and involved with various financing strategies. Mr. Tong is a Chartered Professional Accountant who articled with Deloitte LLP where he managed a portfolio of clients in both the Canadian and U.S. public markets, primarily in the brokerage and mining industry.

Dan Placzek

Mr. Placzek has been a private corporate development consultant for over 10 years. Based in Vancouver with an Asia Pacific focus on emerging private and public companies, he provides assistance in finding avenues to financing and helps to shepherd partner companies towards growth. His responsibilities included resource and asset allocation systems to improve efficiency, and consultation on building an effective public profile to clients and investors.

Thomas Clarke

Mr. Clarke has nearly 20 years' experience as a geologist since completing his Master of Science thesis at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. He has held board positions for mining and technology companies since 2010 and has worked as a geologist in North America, South America, Africa and Russia. Mr. Clarke is registered as a P.Geo. (APEGA) and Pr.Sci.Nat. (South Africa) and is a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. Thomas is currently a director of Max Power Mining and Cannabix Technologies. Mr. Clarke completed the first NI 43-101 compliant gold resource for Bonterra's Gladiator project and has led multiple exploration programs in disparate jurisdictions.
