I still am of the position that the delay of the permit is and remains a timing issue around doing business in VZ, (and hopefully nothing else) which is very different from how we operate in North America

What bothers me about this "doing business in VZ", Is that the Russians made it clear recently that they wouldn't put up with that type of time line. From what I understand the VZs were quick to approve the project when it was made clear that they wouldn't put up with the typical BS.

Now why do we suffer through all these apparent mindless delays?
