The way I read CJR's post was that it is something that the Company should be doing, not something the Company is currently doing without disclosure.

A share buyback would be disclosed before being implemented. I may be wrong, but the Company is not picking up shares in a buyback at this time. I have not heard of any buyback by Kry announced, but would be more than happy to hear that I am incorrect.
