I agree with you. I'm sure Sanz is aware that kry has fulfilled its obligations. But has he offered any support to clarify kry's position or lack therof? No he has stated it is going the other way.

Remember it is not the CVG that calls the shots here, they are not a ministry of the govt that dictates policy of the Govt. They are a corporate entity that answers to a higher authority. If CVG letters carry weight why did kry ask the MIBAM (a govt ministry) for clarification on the situation? And why hasn't kry received any response?

It is the CVG that has the responsibility of obtaining this ev permit, not kry. I would like to know how hard CVG is smacking MinAmb and MIBAM around on kry's behalf, especially after the comments Sanz and Chavez have made.

Imo kry has no support in Vz except for a few low level non influentials.

I had a 50/50 settlement vs arbitration outlook for this play but am slowly leaning to the arbitration route the last while
