I believe the true value of LC for Chavez is political and not financial.

Clearly LC is more valuable to Chavez, not mined, than mined, or he would have granted the permit years ago.

I'll grant you that has been the case to date Cividale....but that game has gotten old and tired to all involved and is turning into a political liability for Chavez with gold soaring.
