Sounds like a pretty good investment for someone with a lot of money. maybe this is what the whole contract denial is about, to get some cheap bonds.
Think about it, if you own the debt, you're pretty much gonna get a big chunk of KRY if the debt has to be converted into shares, or even if you decide to refinance the debt. Think about it, you buy the debt for $50 million, then get it refinanced for $100 mill + extras. Some easy money if you got it. Oh, how the rich get richer.
