It seems people are assuming that by winning the arb, we get the mine back. I don't think so.

To be clear, I don't thinks so either. Getting out of ven and being made whole should be the track Kry should follow. Hostile gov't, precarious gold pricing, possible expropriation, Yeah get the hell out of dodge.

The value of the possible arb award troubles me. I have seen estimates of 1-5 billion. I don't think so.

My opinion

Take 1-3 years profit after taxes, add the cost of research, engineering and legal fees to date.

That is what get distributed to bondholders first, then what is left goes to shareholders.

Anybody have any idea of of what that leaves us??????????????????
