My thoughts on what I was going to fax the Judge was something along the line that managements take should be set at 2.5% up to 1 B award and 5% on any amount above that, based on amount net of costs. Salaries, bonus, etc would be deducted from their award.

That should give them more than enough incentive, especially to hold out for a larger award. At least I'd be happy to share a 25 million to 75 million pot.
