I doubt you need a lawyer. Your shares haven't been lost. They may be not visible but all ahares should be visible again once the receives the money. Silverstein will be in charge of finalising the distribution plan. Kry will need to supply a list of all shareholders to the court for distribution.

Gowlings once represented those who opted in for the case in Canada. They no longer represent the shareholder ad-hoc committee. Their results in Canada and dropping us doesn't give me any confidence in them helping you.

I would sit tight until the money is collected.
