I think that making the plant NMP free by the end of 2016 is great news.... I know they said 12 month's a couple of months ago, but that to me is a little too quick....from experience with this type of work....If they want to do it right, which the Germans are known for doing a great job....it would take about 4 weeks just for the QA/QC and the Commissioning of each line....and about 2 months for dismantling and construction of each line. The first line will take the longest....but they will be catch up with the time line with the remaining lines. So don't get frustrated with the little news on how they are doing with the first line conversion.
