This begs the question. What happened to the Raglan Mine Project in norther Quesbec about a decade ago. The economies and savings report on diesel looked great. Then we heard nothing.

They already have experience with mines but how to charge the batteries? Wind? solar? Can't use generators, it defeats the purpose. Perhaps this is where the problem lies.
