A few questions come to mind:

Why did they wait so long to report the news?  First, there was a termination of an officer, which definitely necessitates putting a news release, then even worse, being sued, and still say nothing to the shareholders.  Also, why didn't they sue first?  Why wait so long to start their action?

Seems Dr. Smith gives news when and what he wants.  I also take everything said with a grain of salt...
