Well, you can always file a complaint with IIROC.

I've filed many over the past numerous years ... didn't seem to resolve anything though.

Checked SEDI and see Fouad still is shown as an insider ... he had a little over 2mil common sh and no idea if he has sold them by now.

Now there are 3 pieces of litigation ... wrongful dismissal with a previous President, Jean Lafleur, that has been over 5 years, the suit with RGX, currently in bankruptcy proceedings, and now Fouad.

Way to go Peter, nice way to run a company. I guess you never learned anything from O'Keeffee at CIA iMO.

While I am no longer a shareholder in FNC I look for the day when I can return ... when Peter is GONE!
