Jack M. Maris
President, Director

President and Managing Director of Geodex Minerals. He is principally responsible for the administrative and management affairs of the company. From 1985 to 1998, Mr. Maris was President and Managing Director of the preceding companies, Kamad Silver and Agate Bay Resources Ltd. Under his direction, the previous companies were reorganized and negotiated several option/joint-venture agreements with major mining companies.

Prior to 1985, Mr. Maris was an independent businessman involved in the construction and food industries.



Jack M. Marr, M. Sc. P.Geo.
V.P. Exploration, Director

Mr. Marr graduated with a B. Sc. (Honors) degree in Geology from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland in 1968. He received his Masters degree from the University in Manitoba in 1970. Mr. Marr has been a director and V.P. of Geodex Minerals since January 1993.

Mr. Marr was previously regional exploration manager of Kennecott Canada Inc. in Vancouver from January 1991 to September 1992. Mr. Marr worked for 18 years with Esso Minerals Canada in Vancouver from 1972 to 1989, becoming a district supervisor in 1985. His experience with Esso included exploration work in B.C., the Yukon Territories and the Western Shield, plus two years in Western Australia, providing for the discovery of several major deposits.



Jack Patterson, M.Sc. P.Geo
Director

A geology graduate of the University of New Brunswick in 1955 and 1957, Jack Patterson also attended graduate studies at the University of Manitoba.

From 1962 to 1971 he was employed by a major mining company and a mid-sized oil company exploring for base metal and precious metals throughout Canada . He worked as an independant consultant from 1971 to 1975. In 1975 he joined the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs where, until 1980 he was the senior mining techincal person in Ottawa for the Yukon and Northwest Territories.

From 1980 to 1998, when he retired and moved to New Brunswick, he was the Managering Director of the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines. He became a Director of Geodex Minerals Ltd in 2003.



Neil Humphreys, M. Sc. P. Geo.
Chief Geologist, Director

Mr. Humphreys received a M. Sc. in Mineral Exploration from Queens University in Ontario in 1981. He is a professional geologist with over twenty years experience in project evaluation and development in Canada, U.S.A., the South Pacific and Latin America.

During his career, Mr. Humphreys has worked with companies including B.P. Minerals, Esso Minerals and Teck Corp. He is presently engaged in international property acquisitions for Geodex Minerals.



Clem Pelletier, M. Sc. P. Geo.
Director

Mr. Pelletier is process chemist/metallurgist by training with fourteen years in industry and twenty-five years in resource related environmental consulting. He has dedicated his entire professional career to the practice and dissemination of sound environmental principles in the resource industry. Since 1981, Mr. Pelletier has been retained as a consultant to a number of international mining companies, to assist with feasibility studies, conceptual design, project development, environmental licensing and project management.

Mr. Pelletier has managed the environmental work for a number of major projects including the Ekati Diamond Mine project for BHP Billiton Diamonds Inc., Voisey's Bay Nickel for Inco, Minera Escondida for BHP, Goro Nickel Project for Inco, Quebrada Blanca Copper Project for Cominco, Minahasa Project for Newmont, Batu Hijau STP Project for Newmont, Cayeli Bakir Project fro Inmet, Galore Creek Project for NovaGold and numerous others. He has also managed numerous acid rock drainage studies, industrial water treatment studies, fish compensation plans, and qualitative risk assessments for the Government of the Northwest Territories, the Province of British Columbia and the Federal Government.


David M. Buckle
Director

Mr. Buckle is resident in United Kingdom and is currently Executive Chairman for PMI Goldcorp, a near term producer with deposits in Ghana. Mr. Buckle holds a BSc (ChemEng) and an MBL (Business Leadership). He was Senior Vice-President at Unilever where he was engaged as a senior finance executive in extensive business planning, emerging market roles and has been a director for 14 years, of which nine were in publicly quoted companies. Mr. Buckle served as Chief of Staff to the PLC Chairman and prior to that he was Overseas Treasurer and Group Finance Director for the company's activities in India and Pakistan. Mr. Buckle has extensive business experience in both small and large companies with market capitalizations raging from 400 million pounds to five billion pounds (GBP).


Neil S. Seldon
Director

Mr. Neil S. Seldon is President of Neil S. Seldon and Associates (“NSA”), a Vancouver-based company founded in 1980. NSA acts as consultants and advisors in the marketing of non-ferrous concentrates and other minerals and metals to clients around the world. Mr. Seldon is a graduate of the Royal School of Mines in London and served in a senior capacity in metal marketing for several operating mining companies prior to starting NSA. He brings to the board expertise and depth in marketing, sales negotiation, market studies and feasibility input. Mr. Seldon is Non-Executive Chairman and a Director of Bloomsbury Minerals Economics Ltd in London, England, involved in copper market analysis and interactive fundamental investment based metal price modeling.


Christopher R. Anderson
V.P. Business Development

Christopher R Anderson has a proven record of success as an entrepreneur in all phases of business with an emphasis on strategic planning, communications, and creative marketing.

Christopher has developed and published several news magazines/papers still in circulation today, created an Internet service provider company, and started and operated several retail operations. Christopher was the financier of all his own projects.



Blaine Bailey
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Mr. Bailey received his Bachelor of commerce degree ( Honours) from the University of Manitoba in 1977, and qualified for the CGA designation in British Columbia in 1983. He has 10 years experience working as Chief Financial Officer and Director with mineral exploration companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Bailey brings complementary skills to the team in the areas of finance, administration and financial reporting.


Dave Martin, B.Sc. P.Geo. CGA
New Brunswick Supervisor

Experience:
Dave has twelve years of mineral exploration experience, primarily in New Brunswick. He was an Exploration Geologist with Lac Minerals, Noranda, Inco, Novagold, Acadia Mineral Ventures, Adex Minerals. He is presently the Regional Geologist and District Manager for Geodex Minerals.

Dave played a key role in the discovery of gold occurrences in southern New Brunswick at the Armstrong Brook and Annidale properties. With Adex Minerals he was involved with the discovery and modeling of tin-indium resources at Mount Pleasant.

He has additional mapping experience with the New Brunswick Dept. of Natural Resources. Dave has experience exploring at St. Pierre and Miquelon, France and has done geological compilation in Ukraine. In addition, Dave is a qualified accountant with accounting experience in the aquaculture and transportation industries.



William (Bill) Gardiner
Advisory Board

Bill Gardiner is a resident of New Brunswick and runs his own exploration company, Southfield Resources, with over twenty active exploration projects. He graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons.) from Memorial University and an M.Sc. (Applied) in Mineral Exploration from McGill. He worked in the province and overseas for Kidd Creek Mines and later spent six years as a Minerals Deposit geologist with the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources.

Bill has a special interest in researching and compiling exploration data within the province. His work with the Department of Natural Resources and his mapping and data compilation have given him a comprehensive knowledge of mineral prospects in New Brunswick.


Dave Sinclair
Advisory Board

Dr. Sinclair has more than 40 years experience as a geologist. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) and a past President of the Geological Society of CIM.

Until his retirement in 2006, he was a Research Scientist at the Geological Survey of Canada, where he specialized in granite-related deposits of tin, tungsten, molybdenum and copper.



Raymond Dujardin, P.Eng.
Advisory Board

Raymond has had 48 years experience in the mining industry. Prior to setting up his consulting business in 1997 he was Director of Acquisitions-Latin America for Inmet Mining Corporation, assessing advanced-stage mining opportunities in all of Latin America.

He directed the work that led to Inmet’s acquisition of the world-class Antamina copper-zinc deposit in Peru. Previously, he was Director of Business Development for Kerr Addison Mines Limited with the responsibility of searching for mining opportunities in the Americas. He was Vice-President and General Manager for Canadian Superior Exploration for many years, in charge of all of its mining interests including the Delamar silver-gold mine, Idaho and the Stibnite heap-leach gold mine, Idaho.

After leaving Inmet Ray was an Associate of the predecessor to AMEC Inc.. for four years working out of their Vancouver office as an independent consultant and sub-contractor from time to time. He also served as a Director of MCK Mining Corp. and is still associated with MCK but on a consulting basis only.

Ray has specialized in the evaluation of advanced stage mining projects, preliminary feasibility studies and the development of financial models for decision-making purposes.
