As much as they are a private company, you do not represent a private company and as share holders, we are entiled and demand the details to this agreement.  

What portion of the company have you sold to them?

What price, if any did you get for it?

What will they contribute to advancing this enterprise?

I don't recall a vote on any of this.  I get that the market price is crap, but some of us have some significant coin involved.   We can't all be millionairs and there is no reason to ignore those that aren't.  It will hurt you as you have seen.
