Peter Pascali recently wrote:  "We are proceeding with national phase applications in this file.  We have provided the appropriate instructions to our patent attorney."

My question is, will these applications be made public via news release?  Does it constitute a material change?  

I've been told the application deadline is today, and was hoping to hear HPQ confirmation that everything is proceeding.
