We (Pyro and HPQ) are pretty much in sync when it comes to the size of our Gen4 commercial plant.

For multiple reasons, we have come to the conclusion that the optimum size for our commercial plant is really 5,000 tonne per year. 

Each Gen4 reactor will have a capacity of 2,500 Tonne per year, but our plan assumes building a plant that can handle 5,000 Tonne per year, therefore each plant will have two reactors. 

Now it just logical that we will start with a first 2,500 Tonne per year reactor and then instal the second reactor.
