If you allow me to add the following, we (HPQ and PyroGenesis) are using the following pricing hypothesis as it regards nano silicon powders for batteries. 

Presently, high purity graphite selling price is between US$ 10/kg and US$ 20/Kg.  Since you will need less Silicon then graphite per batteries, a realistic price range for large scall deployment of nano silicon powder in the battery space is between US$ 30/kg to US$100/kg.

(Ps, while troll may say that these selling prices are too low to be that economical, the fact is that, at these price level, we anticipate that the volume of the material required to meet the demand will be astronomical.)
