The transit system in Whistler had hydrogen buses (2010 Olympics) and kept up with the hydrogen buses. Problem was they had to source the hydrogen from Quebec which added expense and wasn't so green when they figured in transportation to get the hydrogen to Whistler. I believe they quit using hydrogen as a fuel in transit buses in Whistler around 2015.
