I realize I may have been to quick to ask this question. It is understandable that HPQ has rights to sell and distribute EBH2 products only in connection to HPQ products. However HPQ is also going to be a 50/50 owner in The newly formed company which will have the rights to sell the stand alone power plants. This is how I understand it anyway.
