This morning, Beauce Gold fields made a press release saying that they acquired 21 prospective phosphates (P2O5) properties. They are saying that in addition to its use in agriculture, phosphate is also a key component in the production of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. Is HPQ looking into developing a technology to add phosphate to it’s portfolio. In other words, is there any links between BGF going into phosphate and HPQ developing technologies for the battery industry?
