Yes,pressurised system indeed.

The hydrolysis produces hydrogen towards a buffer volume which feeds the hydrogen consumer which can be a fuel cell,a hydrogenengine or the two together.

Between the buffervolume and the consumer you have the whole regulation system and throttle mechanism that is regulating the hydrogen feed to the power consumption needed instantaneously. 

I have also already alluded a few times on a heating system for homes also based on the same principle.
