In principle, prima facie, BT is right. But only in principle.

And what is the actual incremental price of that "right" - 0.005 cents?! 

Here we all are, all the faithful investors who've been here since the UBR days, looking forward to an increase at least 100 times that, and the CEO of the company goes on a rant about such a trivial amount.
