Robert C. Bell
President & Chief Executive Officer
& Director

Robert Bell is a professional geologist with more than 27 years practical experience and a former Director of Exploration for Inco's exploration activities in Australia, South America and Africa. Mr. Bell is a graduate of University of Western Ontario with approximately three decades of domestic and international mineral exploration experience. For the past 27 years he has managed exploration programs for CVRD (Inco) in Canada, USA, Brazil, Peru, Indonesia, Turkey, Greenland and Australia, latterly as Regional Manager for North America. As manager of international exploration he was responsible for generating projects on a global scale, negotiating terms of joint venture agreements, and managing the projects in a cost-effective, technically-sound fashion. Mr. Bell has extensive exploration experience and key contacts in Brazil and a keen understanding of the country's mineral potential.


Candace J. MacGibbon
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Ms. MacGibbon is a CA and CPA (Illinois) and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Sir Wilfred Laurier University. Ms. MacGibbon has extensive experience in the mining sector, along with significant contacts within the financial community, as a result of her previous employment as a global mining institutional salesperson with RBC Capital Markets and in base metals research as a mining associate with BMO Capital Markets. Ms. MacGibbon's experience in accounting matters includes her previous role as a Manager at Deloitte LLP and as a cost analyst with Inco Limited

James Clucas

Mr. Clucas is the founder of the Company. He was Chief Financial Officer of Inco's Canadian operations until 1984 and has been involved in the development of several mineral deposits, including the Snow Lake Mine (High River Gold Mines), Montana Tunnels (Pegasus Mining) and the Fenix Project (Skye Resources).


Terrance MacGibbon
Lead Director

Mr. MacGibbon, Chairman and CEO of FNX Mining is a professional geologist with over 33 years of experience in the mining business. He graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 1968 with a B.Sc. in geology. Prior to joining FNX in 1997, Mr. MacGibbon was employed for 30 years with Inco Limited. He started his career with Inco as a mine geologist in the Sudbury Basin and held increasing positions of responsibility in Inco's exploration department, culminating into the responsibility of directing Inco's North American and worldwide exploration activities as Director of Exploration. Terry has held directorships and senior executive positions in several TSX and TSX Venture Exchange public mining companies.


Eric Klein
Director, Chairman of Audit Committee

Mr Klein is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and valuation, corporate management, and professional accounting. Mr. Klein currently serves as the lead partner of Klein Farber Corporate Finance Inc., a financial services advisory firm which is a member of the Farber Financial Group, and has served as an advisor to various corporations, quasi-government organizations, and private individuals and groups.


Brent Peters
Director, Audit Committee

Mr. Peters has extensive public company experience in the mining sector as a result of his position as Vice President, Finance for Northfield Capital Corporation (TSXV:NFDA), as Chief Financial Officer for Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. (TSX:GEA), and as a director of Aranka Gold Inc. (TSXV: ARK) and GeoGlobal Resources Inc. (AMEX: GGR). Mr. Peters holds a B.B.A. from Brock University and has also formerly served as a director and officer of various other junior mineral resource companies.


Robert Pollock
Director, Audit Committee

Robert Pollock is Director, President and CEO of Primary Corp. (TSX-V: PYC) a merchant banking company and Director, President and CEO of Primary Capital Inc., a limited market dealer. He served as Senior Vice President of Quest Capital Corp. (TSX: QC, AMEX: QCC and AIM: QCC) from September 2003 to October 2006. He was formerly Vice President - Investment Banking at Dundee Securities Corporation and has 15 years of experience in the Canadian capital markets with specific experience in merchant banking, institutional sales and investment banking. Rob holds an MBA from St. Mary's University and BA from Queen's University.


Dr. David Dreisinger

Dr. Dreisinger holds a Ph.D in metallurgical engineering from Queen's University. He is a professor at the University of British Columbia and since 1993 has held the Industrial Research Chair in Hydrometallurgy. He is a world renowned expert in hydrometallurgical processing.
