I think it was posted that DD was not distributed because DD did not have any financing available. Sorry if I got that worng. Does anyboy that was around when FWR spun off QUC remember how that was done and financed or how spin off's are done in general? I only owned FWR for about 2 weeks before QUest was spun off and at the time was more interested in NOT.
