1. KWG 111 M shares: Perhpas I missed them, but they don't seem to appear anywhere in this NR? Who is the proud owner?

2. Price increased to US$ 27.5M, not bad for CLF from the original $20M. The math: 27.5/20 = 37.5% increase, thanks to a competing bid involving Boor (presumably, still in CLF good book). Just wondering if part of this cool US 7.5M has been given out as candy money for the losers to stop the crying.
