A consolidation to 20 cents is useless. The stock must become marginable, not for the sake of being marginable, but because an SP above a dollar or two would be a bare minimum for some entities to be permitted to invest. The consolidation can proceed at 50 to 1 from 6 cents to become a three dollar stock. All it needs is a big PR to give it a shot in the arm, and the consolidation to happen simultaneously, and when you couple that with news of a big fund investing, you have support for the new level.
