Unfortunately i have heard the same promise from the Ontario Liberals when they were in government and Vic has been making the same announcement since he got into provincial government with the PCs. In all my years invested in KWG we have not had 1 km of all season road built except a warehouse of promises. Fool me once shame on you,fool me twice shame on me,fool me many times,well im not going there lol.After 20 years i will believe it when i see it.Hopefully i will live long enough.
