Does anyone know when the annual statements will be out? The last statement that I could find is from q3 or April 30? Also, the last financing at .15 cents per share (Oct 2013) had half warrants at at .22 cents per share with an accelerated provision that the shares trade over .30 cents per share for 10 consecutive days. Are you concerned that this may put downward pressure on the share price in the short term?
