If we settle would we expect a news release as transparent? Telling dollars and general terms? Or would we hide behind the "veil of secrecy "basically saying....wait for it to be disclosed in the 10K, 10Q's?"

The only reason for the secrecy is for future negoiations. So, if the settlement was substanial, or excessive, I would think the numbers would be announced to make a statement. I certainly would hope so.
