this is just a guess but could it not be possible that part of the deal struck between PTSC and S&L was that in exchange for the dividend payments S&L would reduce their share holdings to a predetermined amount by a certain date. it is hard to believe S&L woiuld be unloading at this time unless they were obligated. Just a thought to toss into the mix.
