Could it be that something will be announced soon or signed soon because it is seen as good luck by those signing? Could it be that this will be a year of good luck for PTSC? From here in L.A. it is a big day for many people. GLTAL We are entering a new cycle IMO. Happy year of the Rat to all. (With so many Asian trading partners I see this as relevant to PTSC.)
