By the way the deal of Leckrone paying the mortgage reminds me of Bernie Madoffwiththemoney and his mortgage dealings for his daughter. Seems to me that it is just the way things get done in business. Oh and CM's demand for accounting was given, but then he finds out that it all went for expenses.

Also I read a press release ( lost it now) but it stated that TPL and PTSC were the owners of the MMP, no mention of CM. Now CM is declaring his interest in the MMP and PTSC lends TPL a million dollars. If I owned 50% of XXX and had a partner that owned the other 50% and I loaned that partner a million dollars, I would request a greater interest in XXX as collateral for the loan. What was the collateral that TPL used for the loan it got from PTSC?
