i think that was a fair assement MJ.just got back home from a long out of town job.a lot of  good  posts to catch up on form alot of new members.its good to see the family of NOT is growing.i talked to my nephewn about the new shorters rule that they changed a couple of months ago. before they could only short on the up tic, but now they can short on the down tic to .is this true does anyone know the new rules here in canada and can anyone confirm?why would they make it easyer to manipulate the stock price and force people to sell there shares from fear,this is so wrong in my mind!any thoughts anyone?paliman P.S. its good to be back home after 50 days,i may never have to go on the road again.
