AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: Misfit's Midnight Numbers - TAKE II

heard some rumblings about where I went today ;)

I was busy performing triangulation on
the James Bay area based on the results
we have seen so far.  Thanks to S2000 for
his assistance with the triangle calculations
today and JOHNDEFER for posting his price estimates.

Highlights:

- We recognized a definite North to South
mineralization trend whereby the % values
increase as the depth increases.

- The extent of the depth on the southern
edge is unknown.  The Eastern edge looks
to be 50 metres from hole 2 for a true width of 50 m.

- More data is needed for the Western side of
holes 1, 2 and 5 to determine true widths.

- More data is needed for the depth of the
Southern incline to determine true lengths.

- Depth of mineralization is consistent at 120M
from surface at the North to 177M at the depth
of hole 2 (at which point it hits the Western boundary).

Here are some pictures with the numbers. We have
included known drilling angles, core lengths, and
calculated lengths using Euclidian geometry
(aka Pythagorean theorem).

Please note that we did not use the actual full
length of the drill cores, but only those that
reflected significant mineralization.  With the
angles in holes 1 and 2, the "ends" of the cores
with no value did not have an impact as these
were at the boundary of what appears to be
an Eastern wall (as you will see below).

This post is not intended to pump or bash.
It is meant to create discussion. We believe it
is as accurate as we could make it given the
info provided to us through NRs to date.
No rumour data was used.

First, the layout of the land:

Now for Hole 1 and 2 Calculations:

Here is what we used to get the length from Hole 5 to the ends of Holes 1 and 2:

Finally, some calculations:

We encourage those that are technical
on here to check and double check my numbers.
This effort is a continuation of what others on this board
(like johndefer and fairchij) have already started.

Please remember that these are initial values that we
believe to be real depths, lengths, and widths
between hole 5 and holes 1 and 2.  This is by no means
the extent of the property or the final tonnage numbers.

There is still a lot of drilling to go on.  As well, the SP
does not reflect any of the other Noront properties such
as Windfall, Burnt Hill, Lizar, Mexico, China, or Hunter's Point.

Misfit1 and S2000.
