I spoke to a very senior person at one of the large area plays. He said that the really big 'safe' money is waiting to come in but they are happy to wait until the speculation ends and the ore body is identified with real numbers.  He said, "trust me, these sources have no problem paying $+10.00 for Noront, they will be happy to if it is what we all think it is" He also indicated that these 'Capital sources' are very deep and will come flooding in after the word 'speculative' has been removed for good.
