Good afternoon, TrueNorth and thanks for your post. As much as we appreciate any investigative journalism, I hope you and all members understand that unsubstantiated rumours aren't allowed on the forum for obvious reasons. Especially when they refer to:
- A specific share price target
- The activities of a major fund
- The activities of a major corporation
- A quote from the brother of a principal
We are willing to allow small transgressions such as "Anybody else hear that we have news coming out tomorrow" and other posts that do not have the ability to materially impact the company's share price - but a post of this magnitude has the ability to take on a life of its own.
This is in no way a reflection of the authenticity of your post. However, how are we able to differentiate between those who come to the site to share authentic investigative journalism, from those who come to the site to merely inject self-serving rumours?
As such, we have no choice but to delete the post for the sake of maintaining the integrity of the board.
Thank-you for your understanding.
Regards,
George
