China's Environmental Stresses are reported to already be at hazardous levels and for them to continue to expand in a sustainable manner they will have to increase investment sharply in Polution Reduction Infrastructure and Remediation Programs. NOT to do this already is beginning to show strains on their Economic Growth potential. India is as much in the same situation as are many other quickly developing Economies.

While here we hear much about the lack of desire and cost factors in protecting our local envoronments we are very good at planning such things into every thing we now do and are much further ahead and better off for having been doing this for 30-40 years now. It is a cost of doing business here and is increasingly the same every where else now as well. Seeing as it has to be included in development now for the practical reasons of not doing so is quickly more costly the playing field is leveling out of necessity and resources with mineral resources being a key component are the beneficiaries.

As for the NPV of future development, natural inflationary factors that are a key component of Modern Economics, will result in any discounting for allowance of Lost Opportunity Costs and Future Value of Money to under value the mineral resource bought out at present.

Voisy's Bay is an excellent example of what can and hopefully will not be allowed to happen to Noront Resources, that is if the DE deposit(s) are bought outright. The final solution for the Voisy's Bay Deposit is what we should look to as our new standard.
