Message: TRUE width

NOT's orebody has been described (simply) as a magmatic intrusion through granite host rock.  This conduit varies in width to 225 m and in thickness from 10 to 100 m. It extends downward toward the south (Genuity/Mungal) In my opinion, it would be realistic to assume the magma flowed up from depth.  Prof Mungal stated "..No magma could have carried the observed amount of sulfide in solution, therefore the sulfides have been left behind by a through going volume of magma much greater than what presently remains." What this tells me is there is mineral bearing magma at depth and great volumes that have flowed through, probably many kilometers of host rock. There is the possibility that there are more such "conduits". The hard part is hitting this "stovepipe" snaking through the ground with a drill bit at 300 to 500 m. depth. There is obviously huge tonnages of ore down there at phenomenal grades. It will just take a lot of holes and a lot of geological interpretation to hit the conduit and prove up true widths and tonnages.
