Always go with the highest price as these things never come in on estimated budget.

Push is for Noront and others to find that darn 'Mother Lode' so planners can work on drawing out ore for 10 years minimum and 20 years even better.

Once a railroad or all season road (which might be more likely) is in then the cost of exploration will drop considerably. I've no exact calculations but figure at least 20% and potentially more. If exploration budget for ROF is now 100 Million that's 20 Million dollars in savings. What's currently not on the front burner for exploration could move to the front 'after' access is made easier.

My guess is that economic (after access in) mineralization will expand exponentially over the years after Noront finds 'Mr. or Mrs Big'.

Looking out 10 years from now and it's not impossible to see a very wealthy and expanded Noront still exploring some ROF properties. This area won't be fully explored/defined for years.
