d12, With all due respect, I call BS on your entire analysis of this takeover situation! In my opinion the Rosseau takeover has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Our company is about to be raped of all its value with regard to current shareholders. Frankly, I am wondering if someone hasn't succeeded in getting you in their pocket! Rosseau wins, and you will see massive dilution and our company quickly sold off for only their benefit. Why would you ever take that chance? You are not helping anyone's cause by sidng with these creeps in any way, period! Fight the good fight, then you can say how wonderful the Rosseau group is if they win, if it comes to that. Gawd, I only hope it doesn't come to that, because you will see just how bad it plays out (for the rest of us).
