We got four of them yesterday for the various accounts my wife and I hold. This does not reflect well on Rosseau. It's wasteful, too late, and generally shows a lack of competence.

I am strongly encouraging our new BoD to allow the current activities in-progress to complete, rather than shutting down *everything* while they come up to speed. While that would certainly cut the burn rate significantly, it would also guarantee a lack of good news months in the future when we may well really need it to boost the SP prior to a PP, if needed.

What a great letter from Richard Nemis this morning!

We need to keep our eyes open regarding what the new BoD's intent is w.r.t. Agoracom, because (as RN said) Agoracom was absolutely *critical* to our ability to 1) be in the loop and 2) organize and act.
