Message: This is NOT what we want. UTS - unsolicited offer at 51% premium

In a viable market UTS had huge potential as I have also held shares and sold before the crash (thank god).

They are vulnerable in today's market due to a lack of cash which is the differance here in NOT's case. We have cash and as the drills drill and more is proven than to raise more cash at that point (if we need it) would not be so difficult knowing what's in the ground.

Sure there may be rumours of offers for NOT which is a good thing. It tells us that we have worth and what the majors are trying to do is look for vulnerable companies (like UTS) and get them for pennies on the dollar. This is not unusual in this type of market but NOT is not in diar straits so to accept any rumoured offers at $3-5 would be foolish. The majors know we have cash in the bank and if they are offering anything now then IMO they are not bidding for NOT because they think it's financially strapped. They are bidding for cheap knowing we have the goods and want a deal BEFORE we prove anymore.

Keep the offers coming and building and keep the drills drilling. Sooner or later someone's gonna blink.
