Thus, just be sure to stay clear of them while tolerating their existance, As best you can. Ignoring them will not have them go away. Telling the world what they are will not do anyone any harm either.

To remove any seeping feeling of Distrust simply keep on being everything other than one of them.

Knowing what and why you do and are doing will insulate you from their illness.
