Vinny, I've been doing this for 12 years. We have an unblemished record because online investor relations is no different than faxes, phone calls, e-mail or speaking to investors at a booth.

The medium does not change a thing. Your conclusions are incorrect.

The only companies that get in trouble are "promoters" that can't have their comments on the digital record but spend all of their time using boiler rooms and booth talk. They don't use AGORACOM and we wouldn't take their money. Trust me, we've turned down $1,000,000 in business in the last 3-4 years from these guys.

Smart companies and smart CEO's know what they can and can not say at all times. They also know how to use the web to communicate and connect with investors.

CEO's in hiding = Don't Use AGORACOM

CEO's with nothing to hide = Love Using AGORACOM

Regards,
George
